GRIMEK AWARD 2009 to ERIC ORRAO

Ce trophee recompense ceux qui ont aime et fait progresser le culturisme toute leur vie, nullement besoin d’etre un champion, il faut avoir respecte et  fait avancer ce sport toute sa vie, c’est pour moi une recompense enorme, plus qu’une recompense de concours car le on recompense plus ma tete que mes muscles.

Cette recompense me sera remise le 4 juillet a Sapri en italie, ou pour une fois je serais en costume et surement tres emu pour faire mon discours.

Je remercie tous ceux qui m’ont aide dans ce sport et ils sont nombreux.J’ai toujours respecte notre sport et honnore et je l’aimerais toute ma vie.

It is the first time in history of Sapri contests since 1971 that a Master wins the Overall title. This was one of the best days in my life

Eric Orrao goes for Mr. Universe before Las Vegas

The traditional outdoor competitions Mr&Ms Universe and Mr&Ms Europe is scheduled to July 6-7th, 20 days befor the Las Vegas competition. These two days in the home town of the IFBA president Biagio Filizola is always a great event bringing lots of good friends in our BB family togehter.

In preparing for the Las Vegas I have decided to go for an Mr. Universe title on that beautiful beach in Sapri. And yes, I really want that title!. Just now I am ripped to 95kg and will be 91-92kg in Las Vegas.
